Should you lack such authority or disagree with any provisions herein, you must refrain from accepting these Terms and are prohibited from accessing our Platform and Services. Your continued use of the Platform and Services constitutes your acknowledgment that you have thoroughly read, comprehended, and consented to be governed by these Terms. This electronic agreement, though not physically signed, forms a valid contract between you and Thai-TDAC and regulates all aspects of your Platform usage.

Age Requirement

To access and utilize our Platform and Services, you must be a minimum of 16 years old. By accessing our Platform and agreeing to these Terms, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Billing and Payments

All fees and charges associated with your account must be settled according to the current pricing structure and payment terms at the time payment becomes due. We implement comprehensive security measures including SSL encryption for all data transmission, digital signature protection, and adherence to PCI compliance standards to ensure maximum security for our users. Our platform undergoes regular security scans and malware detection to maintain a safe environment. For transactions we deem high-risk, we may request additional verification including government-issued photo identification and recent bank statements. We maintain the authority to modify our service offerings and pricing structures at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to decline or limit orders at our discretion, including restrictions on quantities per individual, household, or transaction. These limitations may apply to orders using identical customer accounts, payment methods, or billing/shipping information. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property owned by Thai-TDAC or third parties to you, and all rights, titles, and interests in such property remain exclusively with Thai-TDAC. All trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos associated with our Platform and Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Thai-TDAC or its licensors. Additional trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with our Platform and Services may belong to other third parties. Your use of our Platform and Services does not grant you any rights or licenses to reproduce or use any Thai-TDAC or third-party trademarks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Thai-TDAC, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, content usage, business impact, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of business opportunities) regardless of the cause, under any legal theory, including contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence, or otherwise, even if the liable party has been advised of the possibility of such damages or could have reasonably foreseen them. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Thai-TDAC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors relating to our services shall be limited to the greater of one dollar or the amount you actually paid to Thai-TDAC in cash during the one-month period preceding the event that gave rise to such liability. These limitations and exclusions apply even if the remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails to achieve its essential purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thai-TDAC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any liabilities, losses, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from or are connected to any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands made against any of them as a result of or relating to your content, your use of our Platform and Services, or any intentional misconduct on your part.

Severability

All rights and restrictions outlined in these Terms may be exercised and shall be applicable and binding only to the extent that they comply with applicable laws and are intended to be limited to the extent necessary to prevent these Terms from being rendered illegal, invalid, or unenforceable. Should any provision or portion of any provision of these Terms be deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intention of both parties that the remaining provisions or portions thereof shall constitute their agreement regarding the subject matter, and all such remaining provisions or portions shall continue to be in full force and effect.

Thai-TDAC reserves the right to modify these Terms or any provisions related to our Platform and Services at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the revision date at the bottom of this page. We may also provide notice of changes through other methods at our discretion, such as via the contact information you have provided to us.

Acceptance of These Terms

You acknowledge that you have thoroughly read these Terms and agree to all their provisions and conditions. By accessing and using our Platform and Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to comply with the terms outlined herein, you are not authorized to access or use our Platform and Services.
